- What's a committer?
- A committer is a user (or bot) who authors a commit in your repo. We first try to match the committers VCS (e.g. Github) account to a PandaCI account, if we can't find a match, then we'll use the email address associated with the commit.
- What happens if I go over my build minutes?
- If you go over your build minutes and you're on a pro or enterprise plan, we'll charge you for additional minutes in increments of 500. If you're on a free plan, we'll pause your builds until the next month.
- Can I request a refund?
- Yes, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you are over the 30-day period, please reach out to our support and we'll try to figure something out. We have more details on our refund policy in our terms of service.
